Internship IT – Base Workplace and Applications

The Base Workplace and Applications department works on building, delivering and supporting devices and workplace applications required by global colleagues to work securely. The main goal of our division is: We empower our global colleagues to work anywhere and anytime by delivering suitable, intuitive and modern devices and apps.

You & your future

During this Internship, you will work on your career at Rabobank. You do this by gaining practical experience in a professional environment with IT experts.

Examples of projects/tasks

• Analyse user feedback and data about a support process, create an advice document, design the new Support process and potentially begin implementing the new process.
• Analysis of workplace offerings and how we can improve: Becoming more data driven.
• Gain insight into the customer journey of offshore employees in virtual workplaces to increase customer satisfaction and optimize productivity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.

• Period: 5-8 months
• Starting date: July-October

You & your talent

• You are pursuing an HBO or WO degree in IT, Engineering or a related study
• You are proactive and strong in communication in both Dutch and English
