What You Will Do:

This position is responsible for achieving sales volume, market share, and profit objectives for assigned national accounts through acceptable account management practices to include planning, coordinating, and executing company selling strategies. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the retail landscape to project business trends and maximize results for our Dermatology portfolio.

  • Achieve sales objectives for Walgreens across our Cerave brand.
  • Develop and execute collaborative business plans to achieve strategic sales, market share and profit targets.
  • Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Revenue Growth Management, and Sales Operations.
  • Own the P&L for the assigned brands and account, ensuring profitability and achievement of Gross-to-Net goals.
  • Deliver accurate and data-driven forecasting using trackable building blocks.
  • Manage promotional planning, reporting, and funding for all activities across the brands at Walgreens.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Leader: 5+ years of proven sales experience in the consumer products industry, with a strong track record of success managing large, strategic accounts. Prior experience with Walgreens or similar mass retailers is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Thinker: Possesses a deep understanding of the retail landscape, market dynamics, and consumer behavior, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Analytical Powerhouse: Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage syndicated data, sell-through data, and shopper insights to create compelling selling stories.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-Oriented: A highly driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Valid Driver's License and flexibility to travel ~25%, including overnight trips.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of financial P&L management is highly desirable.
