Join our Instruments Division in Amsterdam as our Marketing & Communications Intern, where you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that shape how we connect with healthcare professionals across Europe.

About the Role

  • Manage and maintain our sales enablement platform, including content updates, user support, and optimizing the user experience.
  • Help ensure brand consistency across all communications, from visual identity to tone of voice.
  • Support storytelling and campaign development across four diverse portfolios: Neurosurgical, Cranial, Maxillofacial, ENT, and IVS.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders including Medical Education, Brand, and commercial teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Digital, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous internship experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently.
  • A great communicator with a proactive mindset and an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable working with people at all levels and excited to learn how to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Authorized to work in the EU and able to commute to our Amsterdam Regional Headquarters three days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays required, third day flexible).

What You’ll Gain

  • Real-world marketing experience with exposure to branding, sales enablement, and internal and external communications.
  • Mentorship and learning opportunities from experienced professionals including structured onboarding and training sessions.
  • A chance to build your network within a leading medical technology company.
  • An engaging hybrid work environment that values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.
