As a Scrum Master you can make a difference

Within the Tribe Global Data & Analytics Platform you will work in the centre of the data-driven enterprise. The tribe consists of 4 areas:

• Onboarding & Support
• Governance Platform
• Data Platform
• Analytics Platform

For about 40 squads are divided over these areas. All squads have a scrum master because we believe this is important in our way of working. We need your help to make sure the teams can design, build and run groundbreaking solutions that are as valuable to our 7 million customers.

You will be responsible for

We are looking for a motivated scrum master to take our teams in Tribe Global Data & Analytics Platform to the next level. Since our mission is to grow professionally to achieve results, we are looking for a Scrum Master who can embark on this journey with us. This means you are:

• Good at inspiring your colleagues to do better.
• Willing to forge our teams and coach us so we can grow together.
• Experienced in coaching teams - that work on the same product backlog - to cooperate and create great product increments together.

Experience

We expect you to have as a senior scrum master:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a scrum master of multiple teams.
• At least PSM2 Scrum Master certificate (scrum.org) and a SAFe and/or a LeSS certification.
• Proven experience with SAFe and/or LeSS so you can help us implement Scaled Agile in practice.

Competences

We expect you to do as a scrum master:

• As an experienced Scrum Master you help our teams to take the next steps in their Agile growth.
• You intrinsically motivate your teams to embrace the Scrum framework by planting the right seeds, so that the team members want to improve themselves.
• With your passion for Agile, your knowledge of the Scrum framework and your people knowledge, you create an improvement culture in which your teams continue to develop in quality, effectiveness and job satisfaction.
• You are an expert in facilitating and very capable of giving various inspiring workshops and training courses.
• In addition to your expertise in Agile and Scrum, you bring in more than just that knowledge and experience; you move people to think in a different way, so that they get the most out of themselves and demand that from their teammates.

To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country.
