We are looking for a strategic and visionary B2B marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, who has experience marketing to healthcare professionals (HCP), in particular dental professionals, with a track record of excellence in:

  • Leveraging HCP advocacy to drive consumer/patient purchase intent and accelerate retail sales
  • Infusing dental industry insights and strategy across business groups, including cross-functional engagement with various product and marketing business leaders
  • Driving global marketing programs and turnkey playbooks to drive regional alignment and harmonization of local activation plans
  • Orchestrating end-to-end management of B2B programs across all markets.

Responsibilities

Develop long-term vision and strategic roadmap for B2B dental business

  • Craft a strategic marketing and solutions roadmap for the B2B dental business, identify growth opportunities, leveraging market insights to drive Dental Professional engagement and recommendation, ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategies
  • Spearhead global development of content marketing, product trial, and lead management programs to deliver comprehensive best practice playbooks to guide regional implementation
  • Develop B2B performance marketing program, including turnkey playbook for regional implementation of lead management best practices

Strengthen end-to-end program management and regional collaboration

  • Support cross-functional business initiatives and provide strategic dental insights to guide program creation, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities
  • Build strong connections with regional marketing and field consultation teams, ensuring strategic alignment, successful program activation, and KPI accountability

Build a high performing B2B marketing team

  • Architect and lead a team of high-performing, global B2B marketers
  • Actively develop and coach talent across global and regional teams

Skills & Experience Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B or HCP performance marketing within a global, matrix organization
  • Advanced degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of crafting a strategic B2B marketing roadmap in alignment with overall business strategy
  • Ability to identify growth initiatives, deliver impactful global programs and excellence in regional implementation
  • Proven delivery of global strategy and programs with turnkey playbooks for regional activation
  • Experience in CRM/funnel management programs from lead acquisition to in-field engagement
  • Success in building KOL networks aimed at attracting top professionals and enabling proactive brand advocacy
