About the role:

As a Product Industrialization Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and executing projects to ensure the seamless introduction of new products at the lowest cost, while maintaining top-tier quality and meeting project timelines. Your expertise will shape the product introduction roadmap within the broader industrial strategy. You will be a key player in the New Product Introduction team for Coffee in Drachten, collaborating with multidisciplinary product development teams. Your expertise may also contribute to product maintenance, cost-reduction projects, or specialized task forces focused on innovation.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Lead industrialization processes for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring seamless execution from concept to launch.
  • Drive projects, set strategic goals, and establish key metrics related to NPI.
  • Develop and implement product introduction operational strategies and investment plans.
  • Identify and execute cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with environmental, safety, and quality regulations.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Material Technology, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in an equivalent business role.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing engineering and/or injection molding.
  • Strong understanding of product introduction and product engineering.
  • Ability to analyze and present Industrial Engineering data to key stakeholders in Finance, R&D, and Purchasing.

Soft Skills & Leadership:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
  • Effective communicator with fluent English proficiency (spoken & written).
  • Ability to lead teams, implement new systems, and drive performance improvements.

Regulatory Awareness:

  • Basic knowledge of environmental, safety, and quality regulations.
  • Understanding of cross-functional relationships for efficient New Product Introductions.
