  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions to continuously drive project improvements.
  • Own the master data handover process during project execution and ensure seamless transition to maintenance after project completion.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in capital investment projects—preferably within the animal/aquafeed, food, FMCG, or fine chemicals industries—supported by a degree in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated track record leading complex initiatives, including broad experience working with various suppliers and managing diverse project scopes.
  • Ability to effectively navigate and engage multicultural and cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and project delivery.
  • Skilled in overseeing equipment suppliers, consultants, contractors, and other project team members, integrating multiple disciplines into cohesive project execution.
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and AutoCAD, capable of leveraging these tools for efficient project management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills to interact with global stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a passion for getting involved in day-to-day project activities and driving team performance.
