Your Role

As an Operational Robotics Engineer, you’ll be hands-on with real machines, systems, and environments. You’ll work closely with our robotics engineers to ensure robots are properly installed, tested, and optimized at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support installation and daily operations of robotic automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and monitor hardware/software performance on-site.
• Assist in integrating sensors, cameras, and actuators into robot systems.
• Collaborate with facility managers and engineers to test and iterate.
• Document operational processes and support knowledge sharing.

You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Genuine interest in automation, sustainability, and food production.
• Project or academic experience in coding (Python, C++, or ROS).
• Affinity with camera systems, sensors, or embedded hardware is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills.

Nice To Have:

• Internship or hands-on experience in food production, horticulture, or CEA.
• Exposure to edge computing, IoT, or PLC systems.
• Experience with CAD or basic mechanical assembly.
