What You Will Do
This role is responsible for training, educating, and inspiring field & in-store teams, providing selling techniques, and ensuring our brand’s sales success through hands-on education. In addition, the role partners closely with Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives in designated region to meet company objectives. This is a multi-faceted role for a beauty expert who thrives on education, artistry, and sales impact. If you have a passion for training and driving business in a fast-paced retail environment, this is for you.
