Introduction
ASML Customer Support (CS) is responsible for servicing a global installed base of thousands of machines in a 24x7 operation with over 10,000 employees worldwide. The CS DUV Global Support Center (GSC) is the third line support organization for all DUV platforms, located in the Netherlands, Taiwan, and USA. Your assignment takes place within the department in the Netherlands.
Your assignment
Within and under the guidance of the GSC team, you will conduct data analysis to detect early warning signals, which could indicate that specific machines are trending towards thresholds and therefore “nominated” for (more) proactive investigation. You will create models using Python and Kusto query language, helping us with proactive warnings and early heads-up.
