Experienced AI Software Engineer

As an experienced AI Software Engineer, you'll play a critical role in both the development of our AI development platform and the creation of bespoke AI solutions for our clients. You'll be the primary R&D lead for a team of talented AI solution engineers and your expertise will contribute directly to the development and evolution of the cutting-edge AI products we deliver on our platform.

Responsibilities

As AI specialist you will;

• Be the primary AI Science lead for a team of talented AI solution engineers
• Invent, develop and implement tailored AI solutions for client-specific challenges and internal product development
• Act as the tech/AI advisor for our clients, unveiling the possibilities of AI for their business.
• Integrate AI technologies into the client's existing IT infrastructure, optimizing their operations.
• Collaborate on the expansion of our AI development platform, ensuring its ability to support the rapid creation of complex AI solutions.

Job Requirements

What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate needs to have;

• 4+ years experience in AI in an R&D or software development role, preferably;
  • With a preference for expertise in Computer Vision
  • With some form of customer interaction, demonstrating a curious, investigative, and problem-solving mindset.
• A Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field with a fundamental understanding of deep learning, neural networks in general and the state of the art in artificial intelligence
• Proficiency in programming, particularly in Python, with experience using state-of-the-art AI frameworks and adhering to industry best practices.
• An aptitude for collaborative work and knowledge sharing within a team, as well as the initiative and drive to solve problems independently.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
