Join Our Team as a Senior Marketing Analyst

In a nutshell

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to own analytics across our Performance Marketing, Brand, and SEO teams. You’ll be in the data, driving insights, building dashboards, and designing the frameworks that help us grow faster and smarter. You’ll partner closely with the marketing team to define KPIs, build measurement models (including MMM), and surface insights that directly influence growth strategy.

Tricks of the trade

  • Measurement & attribution: Design and develop mobile measurement and attribution solutions to track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Dashboarding & reporting: Build and maintain dashboards in Looker and Tableau, and create and evolve KPI frameworks for CAC, LTV, ROAS, brand lift, etc.
  • Marketing analytics: Setup, execute, and measure incrementality tests across multiple channels, such as paid, brand and organic channels
  • MMM: Implement and iterate on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
  • Mentoring: Coach our junior analysts to scale reporting and insights, while being the hands-on yourself
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to drive data-informed decision-making and advocate for clean, structured data and partner with data engineering on improvements where needed

Your superpowers

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing or growth analytics in a high growth mobile consumer business
  • Have deep knowledge and expertise with MMPs such as Adjust and AppsFlyer
  • Proficient in SQL and Python/R is a must (Snowflake experience a big plus)
  • Proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Deep understanding of marketing channel metrics, and attribution models
  • Foundational knowledge of statistics to measure and design incrementality tests
  • Experience with MMM, incrementality testing, and mobile attribution
  • Ability to work effectively in flat/matrix organizations and turn ambiguous problems into structured analytical approaches
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to present complex analysis simply and clearly
  • Experience with dbt, Fivetran, or similar data pipeline tools is a plus
