Join our Human Resources Graduate Programme as an HR Advisor, and you’ll partner with some of the leading experts within People & Culture who will coach and inspire you on your career journey. You’ll grow and develop quickly in a fast-paced environment, as you help us attract, develop and retain other great talent and empower all of our people to achieve our business goals together.

At the end of the programme, you’ll become a permanent employee within our People & Culture function.

What you’ll be doing:

Working in our People & Culture function, you’ll be an integral in providing high quality HR support to ensure successful delivery of our strategic plan. You’ll be working closely with relevant teams to ensure our employees feel supported in their work, and ensuring that standardises HR processes are effectively and accurately implemented in a consistent and timely manner.

You’ll also be responsible for:

  • Managing HR processes as part of Onboarding and Induction management
  • Collaborating with specialist teams (e.g. Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, Legal, etc.) to deliver KPIs and high quality services compliant with global standards and business expectations
  • Delivering ongoing, continuous improvement to our HR processes and systems
  • Providing local benefits administration support and managing employee queries
  • Administration and day-to-day management of operational processes as part of employee life cycle management

Who are we looking for?

You must have a Bachelors university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or a related field, and be fluent in both English and French. You should have a genuine enthusiasm for helping others succeed, whilst growing your own talents in a fast-paced environment.

  • You should be comfortable with numbers and analysis, and can convey ideas persuasively in person and in writing
