Wil jij een cruciale rol spelen in het borgen van veiligheid en duurzaamheid binnen een hoog-risico omgeving? Bij Eurotank Amsterdam (ETA), onderdeel van VTTI, zoeken we een HSE Officer die onze veiligheidsstandaarden naar een hoger niveau tilt.

ETA ontwikkelt ook de infrastructuur voor deze duurzame brandstoffen. De steigers en laadarmen worden dit jaar geüpgraded en er wordt een nieuw trucklaadstation gebouwd. Dankzij deze investeringen ontstaat een belangrijke duurzame logistieke hub, mede door de strategische ligging van de terminal. De haven van Amsterdam is uitstekend verbonden met schepen, vrachtwagens en treinen naar Europa en de rest van de wereld.
Jouw rol als HSE Officer
Als HSE Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor procesveiligheid, arbeidsveiligheid en incidentbestrijding binnen ETA. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van compliance, het uitvoeren van veiligheidsstudies (HAZOP/LOPA) en het begeleiden van interne en externe audits.
Je werkt nauw samen met de HSE Manager, Safety Coördinator en het operationele team om de veiligheidscultuur binnen ETA verder te versterken. Daarbij geef je trainingen, voer je inspecties uit en ontwikkel je verbetertrajecten op het gebied van veiligheid en duurzaamheid.
Wat ga je doen?
- Begeleiden en uitvoeren van HSE-audits en inspecties
- Uitvoeren van incidentonderzoeken en implementeren van verbetermaatregelen
- Adviseren over proces- en arbeidsveiligheid binnen operations en projecten
- Verzorgen van toolbox-meetings en trainingen voor collega’s
- Werken aan veiligheidsstudies zoals HAZOP, LOPA en Management of Change (MoC)
- Onderhouden van contacten met overheden, toezichthouders en externe adviseurs
Wat neem je mee?
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Afgeronde MVK of HVK-opleiding
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen industrie, (petro)chemie of logistiek
- Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Zelfstandig, proactief en een echte teamspeler
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
