• Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,381 and EUR 7,687 (scale 10) for a 36 hour week

You make a difference at Rabobank in the evolving Europe, Africa & Asia (EA&A) Audit domain. As a mature and independent audit professional, you have an important and exciting responsibility in performing and leading audits in leading the EA&A audit team, focusing Wholesale Operations within the bank’s Wholesale & Rural domain, building Wholesale & Rural assurance capabilities and deliver audit assurance. Your stakeholder management, craftmanship and strong communication skills support you to provide value to management.

You and your job

As a Senior Auditor Wholesale Operations, you contribute to achieve the banks’ strategic objectives and improve the risk management and internal control of Rabobank by providing assurance to Senior Management of the Bank. You lead and perform audits in the EA&A Portfolio. The EA&A team currently consists of around 27 talented and diverse colleagues, with a variety of seniority, expertise and international backgrounds, who work together, to provide audit assurance and provide value to management.

You and your talent

Client focus concise/clear storytelling and disciplined execution are essential skills for this Senior Auditor role. As a Senior Auditor you take responsibility and ownership to manage and perform audits in collaboration with your team. In addition, the following are requirements:

• Academic level education – master degree;
• Mature work experience in or affinity with financial services;
• Knowledge of Wholesale banking, Operations, IT and data and relevant regulations;
• Audit expertise, RE and /or CISA title preferred, and work experience as an Operations auditor is an advantage;
• Capable to perform Operations and IT audits;
• Good command of English language, spoken and written;
• Independent thinker, with a confident and approachable style and the ability to understand the needs of senior stakeholders and to act accordingly.
