You will support documenting takeaways from events and evaluating their impact with input from attendees, as well as content management and SharePoint infrastructure maintenance. You will learn both hard and soft skills like planning and organization, project management, stakeholder management, time management, critical thinking, and of course, communication. Next to that, you will be part of the team, and participate in non-project related team meetings and activities to make the team high performing.

You are the right fit if:

  • An excellent academic track record in Bachelor or HBO in Communication Science, Marketing, International Business, Innovation Management, or comparable.
  • A genuine interest in community building, knowledge management, and project management, in a technology or engineering environment.
  • Strong, pro-active and open-minded team player who can work with various nationalities and cultures, and can easily make connections.
  • Ability to work accurately and independently. An eye for detail.
  • Experience, or willingness to learn, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Availability for 3-5 days per week on site at our offices at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven (exceptions evaluated on a case-by-case basis).

In return, we offer you

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on your education level. Part-time internships receive the allowance pro-rata.
  • Housing compensation. Should you need to relocate to near our Eindhoven offices, we’ll offer you a monthly allowance of €255,-. To be eligible, we’ll just ask for the rental contract from your landlord, and your usual home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or 1.5 hours of travel time (for a one way trip).
  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net as a monthly allowance.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
