We are looking for Independent Sales Representatives across the country to join our talented team. This role will develop new prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase territory market opportunities. The independent sales representative’s responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying networking opportunities, answering customers' questions, and finding new customers through calling, emailing, and social media advertising.
Creating a memorable guest experience is the essence of providing good hospitality. From hotel lobbies and luxury bedrooms to restaurants and bars, flooring can provide a touch of world-class design, comfort, and cleanliness. Our solutions help you to convey brand identity through a large selection of colors and designs across a range of materials including vinyl, wood, laminate, and carpet. Protect and serve your guests with sustainable flooring solutions that respect the environment and contribute to their wellbeing.
To be successful as an independent sales representative, you should be committed to achieving sales goals with minimal supervision. Ultimately, a top-performing independent sales representative should demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills and always achieve excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for an existing flooring rep to add product to their portfolio or to become your own boss.

Experience & Education Desired:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of sales-related experience required (flooring experience not needed but helpful)
1+ years of CRM experience strongly preferred.
Ability to travel overnight is required (~20%)
