Job description

To support the robust growth of our team, we are seeking additional talent! We are looking for a highly motivated Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about technology and dedicated to helping businesses succeed, we would love to hear from you!

As an Implementation Consultant, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and our advanced software solutions. In this role, your primary focus will be on implementing our Workforce Suite, which comprises several applications designed to help companies optimize employee scheduling and deploy resources as efficiently as possible.

You will work with a diverse range of clients across various sectors, including retail, logistics, catering, cleaning, government organizations, security, and leisure. Your portfolio will include notable companies such as PostNL, Ahold Delhaize, DSV, G4S, Bpost, Port of Antwerp, Albron, Vebego, Exxon Mobil, Nike, and many others.

In this position, you will guide and advise clients on the use and configuration of our solutions. Each client presents unique challenges, requiring tailored approaches for every project. Some projects may last three months, while others can extend up to a year, with ongoing weekly engagements to continuously enhance their operations.

You will typically manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing a variety of work experiences. The diverse combinations of client types, project sizes, and project scopes make the role particularly engaging and ensure significant learning opportunities.

The Benelux team consists of approximately 30 colleagues who collaborate closely. During your initial months and future career, you will be supported by experienced team members. Your work will take place in the office, at home, and on-site at client locations to familiarize yourself with their processes.

Who are you

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • You are hands-on and proactive.
  • You enjoy learning about complex business processes and solving intricate challenges.
  • You possess strong communication skills and your curiosity allows you to empathize with clients and better understand their needs.
  • You find it fascinating to improve processes.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, as we also undertake projects around the globe frequently.

What we offer

  • An open, friendly, and informal atmosphere with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
  • A team of motivated colleagues who organize numerous enjoyable activities for employees.
  • Experience: Learn from day one while applying your knowledge in practice! We believe in your growth and provide the support and training necessary for your development.
  • A permanent position with a competitive salary.
  • An end-of-year bonus (13th month).
  • A mobility allowance of 3% of your gross monthly salary, covering commuting and business mileage (or the option of an NS Businesscard).
  • Pension contributions.
  • Holiday pay.
  • 25 vacation days, with additional days granted from age 35, increasing to 31 days.
  • Compensation for private internet connection and a home working allowance.
  • A well-equipped workspace, including furniture and IT resources for remote work.

What to expect

We are committed to your professional development. You can participate in internal or external training programs tailored to your personal needs and job requirements. Opportunities to attend courses and seminars are available. We offer challenging, practical, and hands-on experiences with well-known companies in the Benelux region. Sometimes we also have opportunities to work abroad.
