About this role:

As a Rewards and Global Mobility Analyst in the Reward Design Team, you will be responsible for developing, analysing and building plans/policies to maximise employee engagement whilst helping drive organisational success. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams, HR partners, and leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance our reward strategy.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Bring expert knowledge and stay ahead of market trends in reward and global mobility, ensuring our strategies remain competitive and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and the wider reward team to develop, communicate, and implement an effective reward strategy.
  • Analyse data and feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement—translating insights into compelling presentations for senior leadership.
  • Design and implement global mobility/reward policies and plans that enhance employee engagement and drive organisational success.
  • Work closely with HR teams and business leaders to ensure reward strategies support broader business objectives.
  • Develop and execute clear, engaging communication plans for reward policies and plans.

  • A strong analytical mindset, using data to craft compelling stories that drive decision-making.
  • Experience in handling and analysing confidential employee data with accuracy and discretion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, working effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities, partnering with colleagues at all levels to deliver impactful results.
  • A self-motivated, collaborative approach, ready to contribute to various projects as needed.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, making informed trade-offs where necessary.
