As Product Owner of the FarmControl team, you will work on a broad and technically challenging product portfolio within the agricultural sector. You will contribute to both the development of new products and the optimisation and maintenance of existing solutions, within ID, Sorting, Milking, Feeding and Vision, among others. Besides innovative developments, you will also focus on product lifecycle management and continuous improvement of our existing solutions.
You will become part of our R&D department in which we embrace an agile mindset that allows us to be agile to respond adequately to relevant developments. This means we are constantly on the move, which also requires an agile mindset from our employees. The first challenge is to set up and shape this new team both in terms of team building and backlog organisation.
As Product Owner, you will join the FarmControl team, a newly established multidisciplinary team responsible for hardware-related products for FarmControl solutions within Nedap Livestock. These products are used worldwide, both through OEM partners and in stand-alone Nedap solutions. The team will consist of specialists in the field of hardware, firmware, mechanics and field testing. Together, you will work on future-proof technology that helps farmers to be more successful in their work.
You will also be part of the Product Owner discipline team, which consists of other Product Owners within Livestock. The aim of this discipline team is to inform and inspire each other about cross-team topics, the work within your own team, challenges within the field, but also about training courses and events that could be interesting for our Product Owner discipline.

Good to know: You are available for 32-38 hours. Hybrid (remote) working is common within Nedap and together with your team you will arrange your own working hours for a good work-life balance. You are present on our campus in Groenlo at least two to three times a week.
