To meet the vision to be an ambitious leader in gas shipping service solutions, Anthony Veder needs a digital landscape that can deliver this. On our vessels and in our office, seamlessly connecting us to our suppliers and customers. The Digital Development team has formulated the Innovation roadmap to get us there. The Digital Development Managers translate this roadmap into concrete programs to deliver on it.

As a Product Owner

• You will manage best-of-breed business applications provided by third parties.
• You will take ownership of assigned applications and ensure that they optimally fit the needs of our business and drive usage of them.
• You are motivated to understand the needs of your colleagues, translate these into clear requirements, make the best use of the existing software functionality, and collaborate with software suppliers to develop additional functionality when necessary.
• You will grow the usage and maturity of the applications by driving the process with the different stakeholders.
• You understand and analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate these into actionable requirements.
• You will develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with the long-term vision of the departments while ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the business and drive their usage.
• You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users and software suppliers, to ensure alignment and support for the product roadmaps.
• You are experienced in finding short-term pragmatic solutions while not losing sight of the long-term strategic goals.
• You will collaborate with software suppliers to shape their development roadmaps, ensuring they align with future business needs.

What we are looking for

• Minimum amount of relevant experience: 3 years.
• Bachelor / master’s degree in business or (information) technology. Or equivalent degree in a different area, with a very strong interest in business and or information technology.
• Have an excellent level of self-organization to plan ad-hoc and long-term initiatives in a timely matter.
• Understand the role of digital technology in creating business opportunities.
• Project Management experience.
• Agile knowledge.
• Business Process Mapping (BPM) or other method to map processes.
• System design, development and implementation or at least have an interest in it.
• Language: Excellent verbal and written command of English written communication.
