Account Manager Nordics

Then the role of Account Manager Nordics could be the perfect fit for you. In this role, you’ll grow FrieslandCampina’s business in the Nordic region, accelerate the success of Chocomel in Denmark, and help build a sustainable export model to unlock the full potential of the Nordic dairy market.

What we ask

  • Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in Sales.
  • FMCG experience required; export experience is a plus.
  • Skilled in key account management or trade marketing.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Effective communicator with influencing power and a team mindset.
  • Proactive, flexible, well-organized, and results-driven.
  • Digital-savvy with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • You're fluent in English, and any other languages you speak are a bonus. You live in the Netherlands.

Vacancy description

  • Account Management: Own and grow key retail and OOH accounts; full P&L responsibility
  • Local Sales Team Leadership: Drive local strategy, motivate and steer 15 field reps (DK & FI), and ensure execution on the shop floor
  • Brand Building & Private Label: Expand presence of brands like Chocomel, Parrano, and Valess; lead private label tenders
  • New Business Development: Open new customer doors, build trade stories with marketing, and define go-to-market strategies
  • Export Model Development: Shape and scale RFC’s Nordic export model via direct and distributor-based approaches
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strategic customer plans, lead negotiations, and enhance partnerships—especially with key players like Salling
  • Tender Acquisition: Win volume across the Nordics to optimize factory utilization
