A day in your life with us

In this role, you will be part of the team developing a new solution to enhance product knowledge and improve the buying process in key product areas. You will support country stakeholders during the rollout and produce knowledge-sharing documentation. You will learn how to:

• Develop Solutions: Collaborate with the team to create a customer and co-worker solution aimed at better product knowledge and buying process improvement.
• Support Stakeholders: Assist country stakeholders in implementing the new solution.
• Documentation: Produce and share documentation to support stakeholders.
• Identify Opportunities: Work with internal stakeholders to address business challenges and identify opportunities for commercial growth and better customer experience.
• Data Analytics: Generate insights through customer and consumer data explorations.

• Follow a relevant education (Bachelor / HBO) located in The Netherlands
• Have a passion for home furnishing
• Have the ability to work at our Service Office in Haarlem, which is a dynamic and busy environment
• Minimum age of 18 years

Start as an apprentice at our Service Office based in Haarlem for 38 hours and:

• You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €340 (based on 38 hours).
• This internship starts from early September for 5-6 months.
• Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
