Company: Beiersdorf NV (Netherlands)As National Account Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and maintaining a strong, long-term relationships with multiple strategic partners in the Netherlands. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring the achievement - and even surpassing - of topline objectives, including Net Sales (NS) and market share (VMS), for both our Cosmetics and Health Care categories. This position is not only about delivering immediate results but also about creating a foundation for sustainable success in the short and long term. By leveraging your strategic insight and collaborative approach, you will help shape and execute joint plans that align with Beiersdorf’s mission to lead the market with innovative and trusted skincare solutions.
• University Master's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, preferably within the Dutch market. • Experience in general Sales (negotiation, customer management) required. • Experience in S&CM (Catman, RGM) preferred. • Fluent in Dutch and English. • Strong analytical skills. • Strong customer orientation with the ability to build credible relationships and negotiate effectively. • Strategic, creative, entrepreneurial and courageous thinker. • Pragmatic mindset with simplicity in communication and execution. • High energy and positivity, grounded in a sincere and authentic personality
