For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a FP&A Analyst in our Finance and Accounting Division.

About the role:
You, as the FP&A Analyst, will work in a team supported by two other team members. Will work on the full EPM process with focus on consolidation, reporting, planning, and analytics within the FP&A department. In this role you support the company’s strategic and operational decision-making by developing forecasting models, rolling forecasts, and management reports. You play a crucial role in leveraging Power BI for advanced analytics and visualization, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports aligned with the group’s complex structure in terms of products and functions (distribution, manufacturing, R&D).

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparing and improving forecasting, rolling budgets, and variance analyses for management.
  • Collaborating on the development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards for management insights.
  • Supporting financial consolidation and reporting tasks using the capabilities of the current EPM tool (Oracle HFM) and the upcoming OneStream EPM platform.
  • Conducting descriptive analysis, identifying risks or opportunities, and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and warning signals as required.
  • Working closely with peers within and outside the department as well as supporting the department manager FP&A to align outputs with business needs and objectives.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or analytics roles.
  • Proficiency in financial tools including Power BI, SAP, OneStream, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong English business language skills.
