As a Workforce Management Specialist, you are responsible for optimizing staff planning and improving our operational efficiency so that we have the right people at the right time. You work closely with IT, HR, Payroll, and Administration and are the go-to person for system updates, improvements, and troubleshooting. You actively contribute to improvements and ensure that we streamline and enhance our processes.

YOUR TASKS

This is a global role where you will be responsible for optimizing workforce planning and improving operational efficiency across multiple regions.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing staff schedules.
  • Analyzing workforce data and identifying trends and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborating with regional managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Monitoring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Advising management on staffing strategies and policies.
  • Implementing and managing HR technology systems, such as workforce management software and data analysis tools.
  • Reporting on workforce statistics and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management or a similar role.
  • Experience with HR technologies and workforce management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
