As the Manager Talent Acquisition at Action you will take the lead in building a future-proof international TA function. You will be responsible for shaping, executing, and continuously evolving the global Talent Acquisition strategy.
Leading a passionate team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Retail recruitment specialists, you’ll play a key role in attracting top talent for one of Europe’s fastest-growing non-food retailers. You will report to the Group HRD and work from the International HQ (IHQ) in the Netherlands. Your mission? To transform a reactive hiring operation into a mature, proactive, and integrated Talent Acquisition organization that supports Action’s dynamic growth.
