We are looking for experienced commercial managers to drive this next chapter and leave a lasting mark on the industry.

As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will scale and strengthen a high-value partner network, manage strategic accounts, and drive profitability. You are the key partner for the most influential telecom and hardware brands, from major telcos like Vodafone to global manufacturers such as Samsung. You will shape our commercial strategy, close high-impact deals, and help position Gomibo as Germany’s leading telecom platform.

Your role as Senior Partnerships Manager

  • Developing the strategic commercial goals of Gomibo in the German market for long-term success.
  • Scaling and strengthening relationships with key accounts such as Telekom, Vodafone and Samsung.
  • Taking ownership in complex negotiations, long-term partnership contracts and multidisciplinary projects.
  • Guide and support team members in project execution and partnership management.
  • Delivering measurable growth in key commercial KPIs such as: sales and total margin.

Next to that, you will be travelling frequently for work, approximately 2-6 times per month, whether in the Netherlands or abroad to attend conferences and partner meetings.

The team

You will be part of the Gomibo German Growth team, a multidisciplinary team of both Dutch and German professionals determined to conquer the German market. The team operates like a startup — fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and agile — while benefiting from the stability, infrastructure, and resources of the established market leader, Belsimpel.

In this position, you will engage with key stakeholders across various departments, including the Commercial Management team, and collaborate closely with our specialists in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams.

Who are we looking for?

  • You bring an academic degree (or equivalent ability) and 10+ years of experience in fast-paced industries like e-commerce, telecom, or other complex business models.
  • You have a strong commercial mindset and a hands-on, proactive approach — you act quickly, and deliver tangible results.
  • You combine a clear vision for commercial performance with the ability to align and motivate teams across execution and content.
  • You have a pioneering mindset and feel confident navigating new markets, challenges, and environments.
  • You communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different levels, including management teams.
  • You are both analytical and structured in your way of working.
  • You speak German fluently and can communicate professionally in English.
