To expand our Corporate Law, Insolvency Law & Restructuring department at our location in 's-Hertogenbosch, we are looking for an advanced trainee lawyer / Lawyer - Associate.

Our Corporate Law, Insolvency & Restructuring section consists of a young, energetic, and driven team of lawyers. We are among the top insolvency law firms in the Netherlands and combine professional competence with a human touch.

Our team works closely together and we believe it is important that everyone is given the opportunity to develop. We often work in pairs and in bankruptcies we always work with several colleagues on a bankruptcy case anyway. The lines are short, which means you can switch quickly and work with everyone, from young talent to experienced lawyers. We enjoy litigation and we distinguish ourselves through substantive sharpness and strong practical experience. As a trustee or administrator, we get a unique insight into companies, which makes our advice even more valuable.

Who are you?

We are looking for an advanced trainee lawyer / associate lawyer with work experience between 3-5 years, who has focused or wants to focus on bankruptcy and corporate law, but also enjoys litigation.

You have a high level of knowledge, the ambition to grow, and a strong character. We particularly value independence, analytical skills, and a practical, commercial, and client-oriented attitude. You have an eye for commercial opportunities and acquisition and are an inquisitive, enthusiastic team player. It goes without saying that you have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.

• A full-time (40 hours) or part-time position for 32 hours per week;
