About Backbase

You will act as a strategic partner and regional EMEA leader, empowering sales and customer success teams while collaborating with regional leadership. You will play a key role in shaping and executing regional plans, providing data-driven insights to improve efficiency, and ensuring the successful adoption of global sales processes, tools, and strategies. Your mission is to accelerate growth and success of your regions.

What you'll do

  • Revenue Strategy: Co-drive the execution of regional go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with broader corporate goals;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies for maximum impact;
  • Process Improvement: Identify and address bottlenecks across sales, marketing, and customer success operations to enhance efficiency;
  • Data & Insights: Deliver performance reports, pipeline trends, and sales forecasts to support informed decision-making;
  • Innovation & Growth: Lead initiatives to refine operational processes and enhance the adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices.

Who you are

We’re looking for an operations professional with a strong understanding of business growth, particularly in enterprise software. You enjoy working closely with sales teams and collaborating across departments to drive impact. You are comfortable in dynamic environments and excel at problem-solving, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations roles, with field exposure;
  • Software enterprise background is preferred;
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari) and marketing automation tools;
  • Proven ability to coordinate and drive alignment with sales, marketing, and customer success teams;
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
