Enterprise Account Manager

Enablon is expanding its sales team in Europe! To support the stronger demand for our solutions and as part of our strategy to expand direct sales in Europe, we are currently looking for a Software Enterprise Account Manager to be based in the Netherlands. This is the top tier of our sales roles and we are looking for the best! You will be working out of our Enablon office in Alphen Aan den Rjin.

What are your responsibilities as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Enablon, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive the growth of EHS/ORM technology and increase adoption and market segment presence in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You manage complex, global or high-profile sales accounts.
  • You are responsible for generating revenue within an organizational unit by closing national account sales, which are named accounts critical to the company in terms of market share growth and other business goals.
  • You sell products/services directly to end users primarily via face-to-face contact.
  • You manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • You develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the product. Develop, present and sell a value proposition.
  • You negotiate product/service terms based on discretion in line with department policies and guidelines.
  • You can manage complex or high-profile territories and/or accounts.
  • You conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customers’ senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
  • Travel to and attend conferences, events and customer meetings as required.

What should you bring to Wolters Kluwer’s Enablon?

You will have both a sales/account management and industry background that will allow you to drive executive level engagement as well as maintain relationships with a network of partners. In addition you should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 7+ years’ experience in Field Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market.
  • Recognized as an expert in one or more areas with an external reputation within industry.
