O’Neill Europe is looking for an Online Merchandising/e-Commerce Intern! If you’re into the surf lifestyle, and have strong interest in online merchandising and e-Commerce—and want to make a real impact—this internship is your chance to jump into action with a legendary surf and snow brand.

During this internship you will be part of the e-Commerce team, which is responsible for all ONeill.com websites in Europe. You will gain experience with range of aspects in the field of e-Commerce and of online merchandising, so the role has operational, analytical and creative aspects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • 🌊: Assist in various day-to-day website merchandising duties, such as launching digital campaigns, setting up promotions and building landing pages;
  • 🏄‍♀️: Execute onsite search and external search (SEO) optimization techniques;
  • 💪🏽: Support with the online campaign planning, briefing and execution (in collaboration with the Marketing team);
  • 🏂: Reporting and benchmark analysis;
  • 🏖: Actively support in the further development of the ONeill.com websites by sharing your ideas

Who We’re Looking For

  • 📚 Your Background: a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on Ecommerce, Communications or Business Administration;
  • 💻 Skills: Strong analytical skills with ability to measure performance, proficient with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint), knowledge of content management systems, HTML & CSS is a plus;
  • 🗣 Communication: You’ve got solid written and verbal English skills—and you’re not afraid to ask questions;
  • 💡 Attitude: You’re well-organized, with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to work autonomously.
