As our temporary programme assistant for the MSc programmes at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM), you make an impact and contribute daily to quality education through your valuable support to RSM's MSc programmes, students, and teaching staff.

We offer you an internationally oriented and varied job in an enthusiastic team, with excellent working conditions in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO-NU).
The start date of this position is 1 MAY 2025, and you will be based at Campus Woudestein at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). This position is for 0.6 fte or 22.8 hours. The salary is dependent on your experience and knowledge and ranges from a minimum of € 3.218 to a maximum of € 4.298 gross per month, scale 8 on a full-time basis (38 hours), in accordance with the CAO-NU. The contract is offered for a period of one (1) year and can be converted into an employment contract for an indefinite period if you prove to be suitable to continue in the same position and if the financial and/or organisational circumstances remain the same.

The MSc Programme Management department, situated on the fifth floor of Mandeville Building on EUR’s Woudestein Campus, is headed by the Dean of Education and consists of several teams in programme management, recruitment and admissions, study advice, business intelligence, international office, examination board support, and a career centre. Our MSc Programme Management team supports the educational processes of around 3,000 international students in 14 Master of Science programmes. You will be part of an international, diverse team with currently 8 direct colleagues, and will also have contact with students, teaching faculty, neighbouring teams, and occasionally external parties. We work hybrid (online and on-campus) and there is a fixed office day for each programme manager. For colleagues working four or more days a week, a two-day presence in the office is required. A notebook computer and accessories will be provided to you.
