Supply Chain Integration Planner

About the job

As a Supply Chain Integration Planner, you will provide an excellent service to internal business units by focusing on their needs and ensuring efficient process execution. You will be responsible for optimizing supply chain activities within C&P, particularly by managing upstream processes. Furthermore, you will interact with external customers, internal teams, and suppliers to secure sourcing, ensure material availability, and manage supplier performance. Your goal is to maintain smooth operations and high efficiency in the supply chain.

Main responsibilities:

  • Relationship management between the C&P organization and the Cluster Business Units, focused on process execution.
  • Leading Monthly CBU meeting with driving performance animation: PO% under pressure, MSN, QN, OTIF, Blocked invoices, etc.
  • Manage Out-of-Stock Situation as 1st escalation level for Clients and Suppliers, lead the process and postmortem analysis.
  • Lead 3P process for firm contracts, animate reviews with CBU, drive productivity.
  • Ensure operational quality of service and cost-to-serve efficiency, smoothen operations, first point of escalation, responsible for the front office performance animation.
  • Support R&P forecast accuracy topics (from the Clients and the Suppliers) in collaboration with EU S&OP teams, contribute to the EU R&P and S&OP meetings.
  • Monitor consumption of technical contracts.
  • Provides relevant inputs to buyers for the contract creations: forecasts, forecast accuracy, contract balance status and alerts.
  • Help consolidating the needs for materials volumes and creating better forecast visibility for Buyers as per tendering process.
  • Work on anticipation analysis preventing Supply Risks, leading and analysing Everstream alerts and preparing evaluation of risk report.
  • Drive stock optimization solutions for C&P (Just In time model).

About you

To succeed in this role, you need to have strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills, as you will connect with a diverse group of stakeholders of different levels. You also need a pragmatic mindset, focusing on practical and efficient solutions, with a strong orientation towards processes and systems.

You also need:

  • A Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or Procurement.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning or Material Planning.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • Transversal management skills to work with different departments and teams, & ability to build win-win solutions with counter parts.
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset. You need to be innovative and proactive, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives forward.
  • Customer centric and results-orientated.
  • Consulting skills: you need to be able to provide expert advice and practical solutions, with a concrete and pragmatic approach.
  • Adaptable and able to handle changing circumstances and requirements.
  • Fluent in English.
