We specialize in import & distribution of sustainable vegetarian dry foods and cater to high-spec customers in the industry and retail packing sectors. Our product portfolio includes organic and conventional niche products such as nuts, dried fruits, seeds, and superfoods, with strong links to non-EU suppliers. The Job
As a Supply Chain Manager at Suntree Foods BV, you will lead the setup and execution of all supply chain activities, from inbound shipments from non-EU suppliers to warehousing and outbound deliveries to customers. This role involves identifying optimal transport modes, ensuring efficient contract execution, and supporting the Trade department to drive operational excellence. Our ideal candidate is progressive, innovative, and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering quality products and supporting sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage logistics operations in the company’s ERP system.
• Oversee inbound and outbound freight, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
• Build strong relationships with freight forwarders, suppliers, and warehouse providers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with logistical and financial processes.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, providing mentorship and performance reviews.
• Handle operational tasks and order execution during the setup phase.

Who Are You?
Most important is that you can be critical and precise, but also pragmatic when needed. To be successful within Suntree Foods BV, it is important to have a 'self-starter' mentality, to be open-minded and curious. You should be able to work both independently and with people from all levels within the Cefetra Group. You should also be able to identify with the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics 365), Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience with freight cost analysis, import regulations (NVWA, SKAL, Customs), and shipping documentation.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
