Job Description & Responsibilities

As a medior social media manager, you'll be responsible for your own portfolio of hotels and restaurants. This includes:

  • Developing creative strategies and campaigns.
  • Conceptualising and creating content for your own portfolio.
  • Managing several monthly content plannings.
  • Analysing data and creating monthly reports.
  • Capturing your own photo and video content at clients’ locations.
  • Daily contact with clients, with support from an account manager, discussing both daily operations and strategic levels.
  • Incorporating your creativity and vision into the content you create.

In short, you thrive on being creative, creating original content, and using your vision to elevate your clients' social media accounts to a higher level.

Skill Set

  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple social media channels (preferably with agency experience)
  • Ability to independently shoot photo/video content on location
  • Data analysis and providing advice to clients
  • Experience with advertising campaigns via Facebook Business Manager
  • Passion for and knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Team player, but also able to work independently
  • Ability to handle stress and time pressure
  • Multitasker accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative writing skills and fluent in both Dutch and English, in both spoken and written form
  • Comfortable presenting your plans (in Dutch or English)
