Responsibilities:

• Map current processes using data analysis and visualization tools.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and corresponding business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate discussions and gather insights.
• Assist in documenting findings and presenting recommendations to the team.

Jouw profiel

• Last-year student in Information Communication Technology (ICT) or a related field
• Strong in English with effective verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic and proactive, with an ability to engage in conversations and foster connections
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Affinity with process mapping, data analysis and visualization tools

Afdeling

DAF Used Trucks is a dynamic and fast growing department, a part of European organization of DAF Trucks and Paccar Financial Europe located in Eindhoven. The department is responsible for the complete intake and remarketing of all customer-returned vehicles from Lease maturities from PACCAR Financial, PAC Lease rentals and Buy Backs from DAF Trucks. DAF Used Trucks is selling these quality Trucks via a multi-channel eCommerce platform and Used Truck Centers to customers, dealers and traders. We operate in 17 countries in Europe.

We are looking for an energetic intern who can help to translate our complex business processing into clear workflows and IT solutions. You will be at the forefront of transforming the way we manage and optimize our used trucks operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze complex processes in the international setting, and develop strategic insights to enhance our marketing, sales, pricing, and asset management processes.
