As an Innovation Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and implementing solutions that drive transformation, improve efficiency, and add real value to our operations, supporting the execution of our innovation strategy roadmap.

Your Role

You will play a key role in our innovation projects by conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, and identifying emerging technologies. Through a strategic and creative approach, you will develop innovative solutions to address challenges, streamline processes, and support long-term business growth. Working closely with senior management, operations, and clients, you will transform concepts into reality, turning challenges into meaningful and tangible improvements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze logistics and supply chain technology trends in digital transformation, hyperautomation, optimization algorithms, AI, ML, NLP, and operational research, to identify high-impact opportunities for innovation.
  • Facilitate ideation and brainstorming sessions to spark innovative ideas, refine concepts, and drive transformative solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and scale innovative solutions, ensuring integration into operations and maximizing their impact.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases for internal teams and clients, effectively demonstrating the value and impact of new innovations.
  • Monitor and evaluate innovation initiatives, assessing their impact and effectiveness while driving continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI and hysperautomation advancements, applying the latest innovation methodologies to drive large-scale implementation across our organization.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • A degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and experience in AI, ML, optimization algorithms, hyperautomation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of the 3PL industry and its challenges – experience in logistics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify challenges, explore innovative solutions, and apply a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven track record in managing or supporting innovation projects, from research and ideation to implementation and evaluation.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, communicate complex ideas clearly, and present proposals effectively.
  • Comfortable analyzing data, tracking performance, and measuring the success of innovation initiatives.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
