With the launch of the ASML Academy, we have the opportunity to build a learning organization that will serve and develop the company and everyone within it. To do so, we have a fantastic team of people who need to stay ahead of the curve. We are looking for someone who can deliver comprehensive research results on learning, either on delivering learning solutions, or on L&D insights and strategies.
Your task will be to dive deep into learning solutions through existing research and insights and looking into other companies' L&D organizations. We expect you to gather information on the "latest and greatest" and to get to know our organization so you'll be able to translate your findings into recommendations for the ASML Academy. The research part of your assignment will be largely individual; we will offer you the necessary guidance and team structure for the recommendation part.
We would like to discuss the detailed research topic during the interview. Our current focus is on strengthening learning transfer with our learning culture and informal learning activities.
