Business Administration Internship: Support ASML Business Services Project Team

Introduction

ASML Business Services (ABS) is ASML’s provider of well-defined services, leveraging cross-sector, high-quality, and compliant processes. Within ABS, we deliver world-class automated support services for six sectors within ASML: Human Resources & Operations, Finance, IT, Sourcing & Procurement, Sales, and Corporate Real Estate.

Your Assignment

ABS has a constant focus on improvement and the team drives programs and projects throughout all Operations Towers and supports Lean Deployment in all areas, interaction channels from ABS and ASML employees, and all applications. You, as an intern, will help the department with various projects and their daily tasks, gaining hands-on experience and a practical foundation in project management, change management, and stakeholder management.

Key deliverables include:

  • Provide project management support to one of the 20 to 30 projects the team is managing;
  • Execute continuous improvement(s) to improve project management processes;
  • Periodic update of the key performance dashboard of the team;
  • Support the organization of the bi-weekly team meetings;
  • Give a presentation with visuals summarizing the internship experience and insights.

This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship for a minimum of 6 months, 4 to 5 days per week (minimum 3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is September 2025.

Your Profile

To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:

  • Have a background in business administration, management, operation management, or something related;
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office applications;
  • Have a professional communication level (in English);
  • Have an internal drive for efficiency and are able to work disciplined and accurately;
  • Are independent, assertive, socially skilled, and have a proactive way of working and able to operate in a dynamic environment.

Other Requirements You Need to Meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
