Hi there, potential colleague! Join us in our mission to become a driver of positive change in the eyewear industry.

Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new Responsibility Intern by supporting the Responsibility team in achieving our long-term ambition to reduce our climate impact, as well as support our social impact strategy across the value chain.

You will be responsible for supporting several projects around the topic of low impact materials, circularity, emission reductions, B Corp, and CSRD. You will also get the chance to work first hand on processes around environmental impact reporting, as well as social compliance topics such as; human rights, anti-corruption and working conditions.

In the role you will work within our Responsibility team, closely with Supply Chain, Product Design, Development and Buying.

You’ll…

  • Provide administrative assistance to our Responsibility team
  • Work on requesting and researching data for the Life Cycle Assessment and CO2 report.
  • Work closely with our Product development team in researching and gathering data on products, materials and circularity.
  • Research and review Social compliance standards within our Supply Chain.
  • Act as point-of-contact internally for questions and details about Responsibility.
  • Coordinate several Responsibility initiatives regarding day-to-day innovations at HQ and the stores.

You...

  • Are studying or recently graduated (HBO/ WO) in the direction of Sustainable Business, Innovation, Environment, Development Studies or similar
  • Have excellent people and communication skills and are a team player
  • Are fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Have a strong eye for detail and are extremely organised
  • Are independent and proactive with a hands-on mentality, flexible and quick to adapt.
  • Are eager to learn more about sustainability and you have affinity with the retail/fashion industry
  • Live in or near Amsterdam or are able to relocate for the period of your internship
