Who are we?

As risk management professionals, we are involved in a wide range of activities to manage and mitigate potential risks.

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is in charge of identifying, assessing and supporting senior management in mitigating non-financial risks, that is financial loss or reputational damage stemming from inadequate or failed internal processes, people, IT systems or from external events. We are involved in a broad range of activities ranging from risk assessments, running workshops with business owners to identify key risks and set up mitigating contols, risk awareness campaigns, risk governance, project risk assessments and regulatory/management reporting. As non-financial risks can arise in any business area, we are connected with the entire organization irrespective of the country or line of business.

What you will be doing

During your internship, you will be working alongside the Head of ERM and will actively support the team with various aspects of the ERM plan, to be determined based on current needs and your areas of interest. Your primary focus will be on risk assessments, risk & control workshops and optimization of the ERM database and related management reporting. By the end of your internship, you will have received the foundations of risk management in the financial sector and will have gained exposure to key insurance processes.

• Are you pursuing a master's degree in Business Administration, Business & IT, Finance or another study related to organizational risks at a Dutch University?
• Are you fluent in English with ideally good knowledge of Dutch or French?
• Are you a true team player and have strong communication skills?
• Are you genuinely curious, innovative and looking forward to your internship?
