Talent Supply Chain Lead

The Talent Supply Chain organization focuses on workforce planning, actively managing project demand and internal pools of available associates as well as workforce analytics. The ideal candidate is able to cover all aspects of the resourcing process from building relationships with hiring managers, designing and creating reporting for our leadership and being the business partner for leaders across the German organization.

In addition, managing the associate rotation lifecycle end-to-end in providing systematic career guidance and finding the next assignment (“internal recruitment”) is a key factor to success. This is a role embedded in a constantly changing and fast-paced organization. Reporting to the Head TSC, the TSC Lead is part of a dedicated team of specialists (both onshore and offshore), you will work closely with the business & people functions.

Your goal is to provide proactive and professional staffing solution, ensuring requirement fulfilment and redeployment to the enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evolve the Talent Supply Chain strategy for Benelux
    • Internal sourcing, external hiring, workforce planning, and managed attrition
    • Create and implement a scorecard and KPI controls for optimized workforce utilization, equally balancing global strategy and local needs
    • Supervise and coach the pool of available consultants across Switzerland to improve their skillset and prepare them to be market-ready
  • Act as trusted partner to Benelux leadership
  • Shape change in the local business organization
  • Implement global policy changes with consideration toward local laws and customs
  • Collaborate closely with HR business partners, recruiters and various leadership teams across the country to achieve high growth rates
  • Be an integral part of cross-functional projects across Europe

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant experience in resource or workforce management, talent management, HR systems and/or in-house IT recruitment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills
  • Strong knowledge in using MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very good analytical thinking, problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and part of a virtual team across Europe
  • Passionate worker, change agent and outside the box thinker
  • Capable to effectively prioritize and organize workload
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Fluent in English and Dutch

Preferred (but not a must-have)

  • Prior experience from working in an IT-Consultancy
  • Knowledge about the global delivery model (Offshore/ Onsite)
