As Enterprise Architect Business Technology you are end-responsible for the architecture of a very diverse product portfolio that is used by business professionals and business technologists of the entire NN Group. The products are provided by the central Enterprise Business Technology (EBT) organisation, and include the SAP Platform and Communication platform, NN Digital Workplace, Service Desk & IT Service Points, Data & AI services and business applications for the NN Group support function.

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect that leads the architecture community within the department and also participates in the NN Group Architecture Design Authority, the leading Enterprise Architecture board that works on group wide architecture topics.

You will be part of the EBT management team that is responsible for the further development of EBT into an effective and efficient provider of business technology products.

What you are going to do

Your main responsibilities are:

• Lead and manage the team of Domain Architects in EBT
• To define, together with the product managers, domain architects and stakeholders, the vision and strategy around the EBT product portfolio
• To align stakeholders from the NN business units and NN Group support functions and their Enterprise Architects on the EBT service portfolio
• To actively participate in - and contribute to the NN Design Authority, related architecture boards, and the NN Architecture Guild in further developing the overall NN Group Enterprise Architecture function
• To lead and coach the domain architects within EBT to continuously improve the quality of the architecture services you together provide

• Salary between €6,672 and €9,531 (based on 36 hours per week) depending on your knowledge and experience. It is also possible to work 38 or 40 hours per week

Who you are

• You are a professional IT architect with a master’s degree in information technology or computer science (or comparable)
• You have business and architecture experience with business and technology platforms, and data analytics
• You have at least 10 years of experience in IT- and enterprise architecture in both business units and central units
• You have knowledge of and experience with at least one formal architecture framework.
• You have excellent communication skills to effectively work together at various layers of our international organization, and to inspire and motivate people to embrace new technology

Who you will work with

You will be a member of the management team of EBT, a team of highly motivated professionals that is responsible for all product development and delivery by EBT. Above all, you will be working closely together the NN business units and functional units and their architects, and the domain architects of EBT, to improve the product portfolio and the associated architecture.
