The Positions

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers outstanding opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership, and attend tailored trainings. As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.

You will have the opportunity to explore the day-to-day procurement functions and participate in a variety of projects in one of the largest food companies worldwide. Most meaningfully, you will get to showcase your initiatives and receive exposure from the Management team.

Job Purpose

Support and coordinate multiple activities in the Global Procurement Value Creation Team, related to the facilitation and execution of productivity related projects, data analytics, ideation practices, supplier development & supplier enabled innovation to drive top- and bottom- line growth within the business.

Your Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Support program leaders with coordination and execution of value creation tasks, strategic projects and deliverables related to productivity, technology and innovation.
  • Support with data insights capturing workshop facilitation and pre-feasibility of ideas
  • Prepare materials for relevant briefings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track project progress lists, maintain idea repositories, update productivity events calendar, building dashboards.
  • Perform other analytics, project management and coordination activities as requested

Qualifications:

Job requirements:

  • You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
  • You are at the end of your Bachelor’s degree, or in your Master’s degree: Preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
  • You have excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

  • Expert in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ambitious, dynamic and pro-active individual with proven capabilities to coordinate
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to lead conversations in English
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment

What we offer you

Program start date: May/September 2025

Duration: 6 – 6.5 months (for 40 hrs a week)

Location: Amsterdam.

Please note that you do need to relocate to the Netherlands for the internship (if not already there).

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days), a company provided laptop, full reimbursement of travel expenses to the office, as well as reimbursement to improve your work from home environment.
