You and Your Job

As Product Manager Analytics Platform, you are responsible for part of our One!Lab platform – an enterprise-wide platform capability that supports secure data & analytics research and development. One!Lab is a cloud native platform used by over 300 engineers, data scientists and analysts on a daily basis. In the role of Product Owner you will lead multi-disciplinary teams of Platform Engineers, ML Engineers, and Business Analysts.

You play a critical role in ensuring that Rabobank can deliver on its ambition to become a data-driven enterprise. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is ready to further scale up and support the growing user base of One!Lab. You ensure that the One!Lab Platform supports the enterprise-wide user group and evolves with our users' needs. With a foundation of solid communication and organizational skills, you lead Squads in the day-to-day delivery of our platform, including prioritization of the product backlog, managing risks, dependencies, and timelines.

• The Area Analytics Platform is responsible for multiple platform capabilities supporting advanced analytics solutions and squads throughout Rabobank.

You and Your Talent

• You have at least 5 or more years of experience working as a product manager in a large organization.
• You have experience leading Data & Analytics teams and products.
• You are naturally curious and have a focus on building strong relationships with your teams and stakeholders.
• You communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written).
• You have an affinity for and tendency to interact with (new) technologies.
• You have a solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, with working experience in scaled Agile/Scrum environments.
