You and your job

As Product Manager Analytics Platform you lead a multi-disciplinary squad in the delivery of platform capabilities that empower advanced analytics teams throughout Rabobank. You are directly contributing to the ambition of Rabobank to become an even better data driven enterprise!

You are the product lead for one specific Analytics Platform component and responsible for a multi-disciplinary squad of Platform Engineers, ML Engineers, and Business Analysts. You understand your user’s needs and requirements which enables you to continuously ensure that the Analytics Platform adds value to our users throughout Rabobank. In this role you are responsible for your product backlog and for the day-to-day delivery of your squad.

• Engage with the enterprise-wide user group of our Analytics Platforms
• Manage the day-to-day delivery

• The Area Analytics Platform is responsible for multiple platform capabilities supporting advanced analytics solutions and squads throughout Rabobank

You and your talent

• Master or PhD degree.
• >3 years of relevant working experience in analytics and/or tech.
• Experience with product delivery and stakeholder management.
• Experience in guiding and motivating multidisciplinary teams. You are naturally focused on teamwork and easily connect people from different backgrounds.
• Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills.
• You have an affinity for and tendency to interact with (new) technologies.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, with working experience in scaled Agile/Scrum environments.
