People Analytics uses ASML’s employee data to enable you, as HR or as a manager, in making the right, daily and long-term decisions. They generate insights by enriching people data from different sources and connecting these by using an appropriate ‘insights methodology’. On the long term, they aim to play an even bigger role in making strategic decisions by using advanced technology like AI and creating more user-friendly dashboards.
