During the internship you will be focusing on innovation that benefits our consumer and have them at the heart of our decisions, support the marketing pack strategy across new product development, research, communications, all with an emphasis on sustainability.

Your main tasks will be:

• Supporting development innovation for packaging based on current and new research and consumer validation;
• Support pack transformation projects & prototype feedback to improve consumer experience & value creation, working closely with cross-functional team;
• Working on preparation Go to market strategy for innovation, for example, deployment of toolkits;
• Project manage design processes & artwork while working closely to design agencies;
• Responsible for packaging budget tracking.

Sobre ti

You are a student in Marketing, Product Design, or another related field with practical experience in Product Innovation (through studies or previous internships) with a keen interest in sustainability. You are results-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator with a positive and proactive attitude. You will join a busy team that juggles many different priorities. Therefore we are looking for someone who is able to work independently as well as in a team.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in June 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week.
