You thrive on helping people grow professionally, getting the best out of them, and can quickly adapt to match supply and demand. Your responsibilities extend to organizing collective courses and ensuring engineers comply with required certifications and safety training.

Your responsibilities as Pool Manager – Subsea Cables:

  • Personal Development: Track and facilitate personal and career development, including annual performance evaluations.
  • Recruitment: Provide insights into long-term hiring requirements and follow up by the actual recruitment and onboarding of new personnel in collaboration with HR.
  • Planning & Communication: Oversee the planning process, timely communication with employees and projects/vessels, and ensure the timely provision of relevant information to all stakeholders.
  • External Hiring: Manage the timely inflow of external non-Boskalis employees, including agency involvement, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and managing contractual matters. As well as onboarding and evaluation at the end of an assignment.
  • Team Building: Act as the point of contact for the Project Engineering pool and foster a team that is connected across our projects.
